About the Event
Children today are under a lot of STRESS. Endless homework and activities, pressure to compete, and family schedules can contribute to anxiety, tension headaches, and nervous stomach aches. Yoga & Mindfulness Classes can provide symptom relif from depression, anxiety, intestinal symptoms in irritable bowel syndrome, PTSD, and help with sleep quality.
This class will be deared towards children but, parents are weclome and encouraged to participate. (We my even get Mrs. Kim involved :)) What btter way is there to teach by example, the calming and coping strategies needed to navigate this ever changing world.
Tools needed: Yoga Mat and Snuggle Blanket.
